Yesterday we went to a Vegetarian restaurant since Lara is a Vegetarian and wanted to go there. Since we were a bit bored of having the same choice for lunch and dinner everyday, we decided to join her. The restaurant itself looked very small and we would never have noticed it since it looked like one of the thousand other small shops around.  Inside it was a combination of a restaurant and a shop for vegetarian food and drinks. We ordered via iPad and I went for some braised mee and a iced ginger-lemon tea. The food was great and it felt so good to eat something that seemed to be of very good quality. On top of the noodle I had some delicious vegetables, mushrooms and salad. Philipp tried a Detox drink in addition to his meal. He didn't like it even though we others thought that it was great! It was celery juice mixed with lemon!! Very nice!
We then went to the Jcube mall to the Teo Heng KTV for karaoke. It was afun evening with everybody and we sang a lot of songs. It is completely different from what we know about German Karaoke. In Singapore you get you own room for a group of people and then it is more like plying SingStar, but not at all in a competitive way. Everybody enjoyed it and we had a great evening singing quite a few songs in 3 hours. Of course at least of us guys, nobody could really sing but it was even more fun that way!
